Meet Dr. Rotskoff


Dr. Rotskoff is a graduate of Washington University’s schools of Medicine and Dentistry where he earned his M.D. and D.D.S. degrees. At the time he graduated from medical school, Dr. Rotskoff was one of only 30 physicians in the country with both professional degrees.

Dr. Rotskoff’s background merges the highly specialized skill of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery with the artistry of Cosmetic Surgery to treat all such aspects of facial aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, and body contouring a liposculpting.

Dr. Rotskoff is proud to offer the ultimate in body contouring and liposculpting with the most sophisticated technologies available; SmartLipo and VASER LipoSelection. One of the first surgeons in St. Louis to offer SmartLipo body sculpting, Dr. Rotskoff was recently recognized as one the “Top SmartLipo Docs” in St. Louis.

Dr. Rotskoff research has been published in leading medical journals, and he has lectured extensively to medical societies both nationally and internationally. He authored chapters on facial reconstructive surgery, and laser skin rejuvenation with the carbon dioxide laser.

Dr. Rotskoff recently lectured at the 17th Regional Indonesian Conference in Dermatology in Bali Indonesia. Upon his return, he introduced the technique of collagen induction for improving facial wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks and skin tightening utilizing the Dermaroller.

Dr. Rotskoff was an associate professor at the St. Louis University medical Center, and director of the Missouri Baptist Fellowship in maxillofacial cosmetic surgery. He is on the emeritus staff at Missouri Baptist health Center, St. Luke’s Hospital, and St. Mary’s health Center. Dr. Rotskoff is also a visiting professor at the Westchester medical Center of New York.
